Adventures
Join me in exploring the delicious intersection of food, travel, and the great outdoors. From roadside food stands and Michelin-starred restaurants to meals cooked fireside under the stars, I’ll share memorable experiences from the road, my favorite culinary discoveries, and the simple joys of cooking in nature. My goal is to inspire your own adventures near and far.

Faves: Push x Pull
Push x Pull has become one of our go-to coffee stops in Portland. The space is calm and unfussy, the bar invites you to hang for a bit, and the drinks are consistently solid. There’s care behind every cup, but it never feels overdone. Just good coffee, good people, and a place you’ll want to come back to.

Hike and a Bite: Washington Park to Screen Door
A quick escape into the quiet redwoods of Forest Park, followed by a comfort food spread at Screen Door
A little about me
A mother of two and trained in French techniques, I have an insatiable curiosity for food—how it’s grown, produced, distributed, and, most importantly, prepared. To me, food is more than sustenance; it’s a connection to culture, history, and tradition, something to be shared and passed down through generations.
I believe the best way to understand a place is through its flavors, which is why I’ll travel for the perfect meal, whether it’s from a Michelin-starred kitchen or a roadside food stand. Exploring new restaurants, testing recipes, and cooking outdoors on road trips fuel my love for both adventure and tradition. Through my writing, I hope to celebrate the intersection of food, nature, and culture—one meal at a time.
