Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • 10 ounces cold brew

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and salt.
  • Continue whisking until the mixture slightly thickens, just before soft peaks form. To test consistency, lift the whisk out of the cream and allow a trail of cream to fall off the whisk onto the cream in the bowl. A ribbon should form, and then instantly sink into the cream.
  • To serve: fill a glass with ice. Pour 5 ounces of cold brew over ice. Top with 2 oz of cold foam.
