Ingredients
 

Potstickers

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup green onions minced
  • 1 ½ cups cabbage chopped
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 package potsticker wrappers
  • grapeseed oil for frying

Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Honey (I use Momofuku's Chili Crunch Hot Honey)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon green onions, finely chopped

Instructions
 

Potstickers

  • Fill a small bowl with water and set aside.
  • Combine ground turkey, onions, cabbage, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and salt in a bowl. Mix with hands to combine.
  • Lay a potsticker wrapper flat on a plate. Place a small spoonful (about 1/2 tablespoon) of filling in the center of a wrapper.
  • Dip your finger in water and wet the outer edge of the wrapper. Seal by folding the wrapper in half, pushing the air out, repeat with remaining wrappers.
  • Heat a wide pan over medium heat. Place 1 Tablespoon oil in the bottom of the pan and swirl the pan to spread the oil.
  • Place a single layer of potstickers in the pan and cook for 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown..
  • Carefully pour two tablespoons of water into the pan, and quickly cover the pan. Lower heat to medium-low and cook for 4 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the potstickers from the pan and place in a single layer on a parchment lined cookie sheet (they like to stick together, so don't stack.) Repeat with the remaining potstickers.

Dipping Sauce

  • Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
