½cupheavy cream
2Tablespoonspowdered sugar
⅛teaspoonsalt
10ouncescold brew
Instructions
Whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and salt.
Continue whisking until the mixture slightly thickens, just before soft peaks form. To test consistency, lift the whisk out of the cream and allow a trail of cream to fall off the whisk onto the cream in the bowl. A ribbon should form, and then instantly sink into the cream.
To serve: fill a glass with ice. Pour 5 ounces of cold brew over ice. Top with 2 oz of cold foam.
